We collect limited personal and non-personal information when you use our Website to browse our COME ALONG WITH MISA™ books, toys, and other products; download COME ALONG WITH MISA™ lesson plans or activity pages; attend our COME ALONG WITH MISA™ events; or use or sign-up for our other Services. - COME ALONG WITH MISA™ Birthday Card Program. We offer the COME ALONG WITH MISA™ Birthday Card Program to parents whose children love Misa. We collect information provided by parents through our COME ALONG WITH MISA™ Parental Consent Form when they request birthday cards and correspondence from Misa for their children, as described in more detail below in Section 6 COME ALONG WITH MISA™ Birthday Card Program.
- User-Generated Posts and User-Generated Content. When you share posts about where Misa has traveled, write testimonials, or submit other user-generated content (collectively, “User-Generated Content”) through our Website or social media, this User-Generated Content will become public and accessible by anyone. We may use or share your User-Generated Content on our Website or social media accounts to promote our Website, COME ALONG WITH MISA™ products, and Services. Please note that we do not control who will have access to your User-Generated Content when you post it on third-party websites or social media and cannot ensure that third parties will be responsible for maintaining the security or accuracy of your User-Generated Content.
- Sensitive Personal Information. There may be instances when information you share with us includes sensitive personal information. When you visit our Website or use our Services, information about the device or browser you use may be shared with us, including IP address, mobile carrier, telephone number, browser type and language, operating system, and location (if enabled on your device). 6. COME ALONG WITH MISA™ Birthday Card Program
With parent’s or legal guardian’s explicit consent, we offer a unique service where Misa, the main character of the COME ALONG WITH MISATM books, can send a birthday card and correspondence directly to the child. When signing up for this service, parents or legal guardians provide the following additional information:
- Child’s first name.
- Child’s birthday.
- Mailing address for the child.
- Any special instructions (e.g., favorite themes or messages).
We use this information solely for the purpose of sending personalized birthday cards or correspondence from Misa to the child. This data is processed based on parental consent and is stored securely. Parents and legal guardians may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting us at info@comealongwithmisa.co, and we will promptly stop the service and delete the child’s information.
7. Why We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Access to our Website. We use your information to operate, improve, maintain, and personalize our Website.
- Provide our Services. Provide you with our Services, including downloads of COME ALONG WITH MISA™ activity pages and lesson plans or facilitating Misa sending your child a birthday card and correspondence at your request.

Mireya Saldúa cherishes her young COME ALONG WITH MISA™ readers. Protecting children’s privacy is important to us. Our Website is designed for parents, guardians, and teachers to browse and review Come Along With MisaTM books and toys featuring Misa and print lesson plans or activity pages for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minor children without verifiable parental consent.
All birthday cards and correspondence from Misa through our COME ALONG WITH MISA™ Birthday Card Program are initiated and managed by parents or legal guardians. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information directly from a child without parental or legal guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

For example, we keep your name and email address as long as you subscribe to our mailing list. We keep your name, email address, child’s name, birthday, and mailing address until the parent withdraws consent to Misa sending birthday cards and correspondence to the child.
