Official Giveaway Rules

Effective Date: Septemeber 1, 2026

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These Official Rules govern the COME ALONG WITH MISA^TM Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By submitting an entry, the adult parent or legal guardian identified on the entry form (“Entrant” or “you”) agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of COME ALONG WITH MISA LLC (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law. The child identified in connection with an entry is not the entrant and is not required to agree to these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:

• are the parent or legal guardian of at least one child;

• are at least 18 years old;

• are legal residents of the United States; and

• are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction when entering.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. The Giveaway is void outside the eligible jurisdictions and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM CENTRAL TIME ZONE on SEPTEMBER 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CENTRAL TIME ZONE on SEPTEMBER 30, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are void.

3. How to Enter

Use the QR code or visit https://comealongwithmisa.co/, follow the instructions, complete all required fields, confirm your agreement to these Official Rules, and submit the entry form. Entry is free.

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entrants may not share the same email address. Any attempt to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple or different identities, registrations, email addresses, devices, automated systems, or similar methods may void all associated entries and result in disqualification. Incomplete, late, misdirected, illegible, or noncompliant entries are void.

You represent that the information you submit is accurate, that you have authority to enter, and that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child identified in the entry. Sponsor may require reasonable proof of eligibility and parental or guardianship status before awarding a prize. Do not submit sensitive information about a child.

4. Random Drawing; Odds

On or about October 1, 2026, Sponsor will conduct four (4) separate random drawings, one for each participating festival/event, from all eligible entries associated with that festival/event, to select one (1) potential winner per festival/event, for a total of four (4) potential winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable festival/event.

5. Winner Notification and Verification

Sponsor will notify each potential winner using the email address or telephone number provided with the entry, generally within ten (10) business days after the drawing. A potential winner may be required to respond within thirty (30) days after notice is sent and to complete and return any documents reasonably required by Sponsor and permitted by law, such as a representation of residence to determine eligibility or tax form if necessary.

A potential winner may be disqualified and forfeit the prize if the potential winner: (a) cannot be contacted; (b) fails to respond or return required documents on time; (c) is ineligible or has not complied with these Official Rules; (d) declines the prize; or (e) has a notification or prize returned as undeliverable. Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. A potential winner is not a winner unless and until eligibility has been verified and Sponsor has confirmed the award.

6. Prizes

The following prizes are available:

• One (1) Misa Plushie and one (1) Misa Signature Box per winner, approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $30 USD per prize.

Each prize consists only of one (1) of each item expressly listed above. Limit is one (1) prize per person. Actual value may differ from the stated ARV; no difference will be awarded. Images used in advertising may be illustrative, and colors, sizes, packaging, or other nonmaterial details may vary, subject to availability.

No cash redemption, substitution, assignment, or transfer is permitted by a winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize details not stated in these Official Rules are determined by Sponsor. Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty by Sponsor, except for any applicable manufacturer warranty that may pass through to the winner. All prizes will be awarded, subject to verification and any stated limit on alternate drawings.

Sponsor will arrange delivery to a valid address in the United States. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any costs not expressly included in the prize description. Sponsor may issue tax reporting documents when required by law.

7. Privacy; Parent and Child Information

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be collected, used, retained, and disclosed as described in Sponsor’s privacy notice at https://comealongwithmisa.co/privacy-policy/, including to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, comply with law, and enforce these Official Rules.

The parent or legal guardian—not the child—must complete the entry. Entering the Giveaway does not by itself enroll you in marketing communications. Any marketing choice must be presented separately and is not required to enter or win.

Sponsor will not use a child’s name, image, voice, likeness, biographical information, or entry content for advertising or publicity unless the parent or legal guardian provides a separate, specific authorization, except as needed to administer the Giveaway or as otherwise permitted by law.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, Sponsor may identify an adult winner by first name, last initial in a winner announcement or winner list. Sponsor will also request separate authorization from the adult winner  or applicable parent or legal guardian to announce a child’s first name or use a photograph of a child holding the prize.

9. Conduct; Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway; acts in a disruptive, abusive, deceptive, or unsportsmanlike manner; provides false information; violates these Official Rules; or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway. Sponsor may void entries that are generated by script, macro, bot, automated process, or other prohibited means. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may violate civil or criminal law, and Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, prize suppliers, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except to the extent caused by a Released Party’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or corrupted entries or communications; incorrect or nonfunctioning contact information; failures of electronic equipment, networks, platforms, software, or transmissions; unauthorized human intervention; printing, typographical, administrative, or technical errors; or events beyond their reasonable control. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any nonwaivable consumer right or remedy. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

If fraud, technical failure, human error, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another event impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor may, subject to applicable law, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is terminated, Sponsor may select winners by random drawing from the eligible, non-suspect entries received before the impairment occurred, if doing so is fair and practicable. Sponsor will not materially change these Official Rules after the Giveaway begins except as permitted by law and as reasonably necessary to address the impairment.

12. Disputes; Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, these Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any action arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules must be brought in the state courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, or the federal courts located in the District of Kansas (Kansas City division), and each Entrant consents to their jurisdiction. This provision does not deprive an Entrant of any nonwaivable protection of the law of the Entrant’s state of residence.

14. General Terms

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only. If an advertisement or other Giveaway communication conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control, except where prohibited by law. These Official Rules may be obtained during the Giveaway Period at comealongwithmisa.co/official-giveaway-rules.
