Mireya Saldúa is a children’s book author. She holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree from Saint Xavier University in Chicago. Mireya is from the southside of Chicago and continues to live in the Midwest with her husband, Matthew. She and Matthew have twin grown sons. Mireya had worked in the corporate world for thirty years in Human Resources. One day while pup-sitting, her adorable miniature Australian Shepherd grand pup, Misa – Fun Day with Misa came together during lunch. During the publishing process, she found two wonderful collaborators, editor, Natalia Sepúlveda, a Spanish translator who also happens to be an author and Cleofe A. Pacaña, also known as ShoofyArt in social media, an illustrator because Cleofe can capture the best expressions. You will see those expressions not only on Misa but on other characters’ faces as well. Mireya will continue to write additional stories in the COME ALONG WITH MISA™ series and introduce other family members and pet characters. She hopes that you will fall in love with this adorable puppy just as she did and follow her antics and love for her human family, friends, and other animals.

Cleofe A. Pacaña is from Iligan City, Philippines. She goes by the name ShoofyArt in all her social media art portfolios. Cleofe started her career in 2011 and has been working on different online job websites. She ended up working as a cartoon illustrator on Upwork. Cleofe has been illustrating different art styles as she is a passionate artist exploring new things in the world of art. During her spare time, Cleofe spends time with her small family, plays her guitar and sings, writes her own songs, draws and paints in both traditional and digital, and listens to music. She is now an illustrator mainly focusing on children’s books and fell in love with creating illustrations for 40 children’s books. It brings her joy and happiness while creating the illustrations. It enhances her skills and imagination through creating the stories and bringing them to life.

Natalia Sepúlveda is an award-winning bilingual children’s book author – KAI THE MISSIONARY SEA TURTLE and a Spanish translator. She holds a master’s degree in Spanish from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Natalia is originally from San Germán Puerto Rico, and currently lives in Central Floriada with her husband, Joseph, and three children. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and serving the Lord. She is the owner of Bilingual Lifestyle Publishing and runs a Bilingual Lifestyle blog, where she shares her bilingual family adventures, book reviews, and bilingual and educational resources.
