A parent or legal guardian can sign up for the child to receive a Birthday Card from Misa by completing and submitting the COME ALONG WITH MISA™ Parental Consent Form. Send it to info@comealongwithmisa.co or writing to Mireya Saldúa, COME ALONG WITH MISA™, 22052 W. 66 Street #127, Shawnee, Kansas 66226.  

Parent or legal guardian sends an email requesting that the child be removed from the Birthday Card program. Parent or legal guardian needs to include First Name of child and home mailing address. Email should be sent to info@comealongwithmisa.co or writing to Mireya Saldúa, COME ALONG WITH MISA™, 22052 W. 66th Street #127, Shawnee, Kansas 66226. It will take 30 days to remove from our system.

Currently, we provide Birthday Cards in English but will be adding Spanish.

As long as we have COME ALONG WITH MISA ™ Parental Consent Form completed and submitted prior to the child’s birthday (30 days in the United States and 60 days outside the United States), Misa will make sure that the Birthday Card will be sent out to your child.

Your child will continue to receive a Birthday Card until you cancel your request to participate in the Birthday Card program. To cancel, please refer to Question 2 for instructions.
